I wanted to answer a few questions/ comments I have got on a recent post on social media. I recently posted about returning to archery/ bowhunting after being injured a few times. It was a long process, two steps forward and then one or two back. I had to constantly reassess, trial different exercises, modify some. I had short term success and failure. I don't take "it can't be done" or "No, it won't work" very well. I really stuck with and trusted the process. This got a little winded but I wanted to emphasize how important it is to stick with work/ process and find a trainer that you can have good conversation with, one that will constantly analyze movement to help you reach your goals!
