Hello! In this episode, I head down to Atlanta to talk with my old friend and fellow restaurateur, James Baek. He'll take us through his journey from being raised by immigrant parents and being forced to help with the family business, to working over 100 hours a week as his own restaurant operator, and to eventually getting a real estate license to help other aspiring restaurant concepts find the right location. Is Korean food the next big thing? We'll find out! The theme of this episode is hard work. I know all too well that it's an industry that requires you pour your heart and soul into to be successful!
