This is a story of a creative, who had aspirations outside of his nine to five but needed to supplement his income so He entered the world of coach sports! Little did he know that ,that would take him further from his goal! He set a goal to acquire his masters by the time the class of 2019 graduated; then pushed it back to the class of 2020's graduation! One day he was introduced to the idea of going to Real Estate school! At the time he had his first podcast going but He jumped at the offer because he was hyped that that was something He could be really good at! Hurricane Harvey struck forcing him to lock in and start real estate school! There was no motivation! 2020 the motivation came! He finished his Real estate program in September 2020 and would take 9 attempts to pass his State exam! ON February 21, 2021 I PASSED.
