You're going to want to listen to this episode this go round rather than to watch it because the visual was cut short; that's my mistake. If you are reading these episodes notes, I started out asking Eli what he wanted my fans (yes fans) or listening audience to take from the podcast concerning Him. He said that he had the courage to stick with something and see it all the way through, he stuck with whatever he wanted to do. He never looked a failures as if they were failures. He looked at failures as learning experiences and something that he could build on for the next thing! Eli wrote Teach like a Christian to Inspire teachers in Christ. He states that he was a good writer in 4th grade! I find out that Stumbling Blocks (33:08) was his favorite chapter in the book! He reference script by saying that “Wow to those who actually bring the stumbling blocks.” A stumbling block from the conversation I gathered is a hinderance! Something that we subconsciously teach kids! Stumbling blocks is a chapter that highlights what the individual does in the hinderance of kids! He states that with 354 days left he wants to inspire teachers! Most importantly He tells us Whats Next!? This episode is dedicated to my son!
