We used to argue all the time who was the best emcee. Those conversations used to be the talk of the towers when we were at University of Houston in 2004. I always stood for Nas and I always will. He believed in Wayne, not a bad choice however Wayne its Nas! Fast forward 11 years he was asking me to check out his work although he had started rapping in 2011. I say all of that to say that the level of respect I have for Roger is enormous. The act of beginning something new something different is not an easy one; Not to mention the added pressure of sharing your talent with the a friend in hopes that they would see in it what you do. Tre Rogers has just released his new single named Marathon which is now streaming! We discuss his journey and where he got his start from!
