“‘I know your works, your toil and your patient endurance, and how you cannot bear with those who are evil, but have tested those who call themselves apostles and are not, and found them to be false. I know you are enduring patiently and bearing up for my name's sake, and you have not grown weary. -Revelation 2:1-3
1) He appoints angels to churches
2) He holds seven stars in his hand (the seven angels)
3) He walks among the seven golden lamp stands (the seven churches)
4) He knows our works (he sees it all)
5) He sees our hard work (toil)
6) He sees patient endurance
7) He sees our our handling of evil
8) He sees our discerning
9) He knows and sees our enduring patience
10) He allows us to go through trials for His name sake
11) He sees our overcoming and endurance for His sake
