I go over my idea pico essential and swipe deploy. We discuss the bootstrap idea for deploying a single essential function into your cloud multi-cloud Cloud AWS, Google Cloud platform , Azure and others using simple python privileged eval function or its equivalent to execute API calls on your behalf to bootstrap Lambda layers and even Docker or running terraform either there in a fargate type container or a Lambda like function.
