Business is largely about solving problems for people. Your customers are coming to your store because they have a problem that they require a solution for and that solution is going to give them an outcome that they desire.
So the more you go looking for problems to solve for your customers the more they will look to you and your business as the person/business that will provide the outcomes they are looking for.
