This is my most vulnerable podcast episode yet.  Gut health affects everything - not just your gut.  But rather, your health BEGINS in your gut.  Your gut health affects how you think, which affects how you feel, which affects how you respond to what's thrown at you in life.  It can eventually affect your overall health long-term, whether what you think and feel allows you to put in place healthy habits or harmful ones.  The past several months have been a mixed bag of that for everyone - and I mean everyone.  I marinate in my experiences of a three-month period from this year to show you the value in honoring your complexity versus shaming it.  I also season this episode with some science and no-nonsense.  So get yourself your coffee or tea, and settle in a bit while I lay out what can happen when... gut microbiota goes wild.
