After a pretty rough two weeks, the phrase "when it rains it pours" came to mind. After reaching out to my friend Jonah he reminded me of "Progressive Overload", the process of putting more weight on the bar than you are comfortable lifting, and then lifting it anyway... No this doesn't just apply in a gym setting. God will throw more weight on the bar, and I discuss how to handle that.
