Postpartum blues, depression, and anxiety is different for everyone. Some may never experience it, while others may experience it with all of their births. Some may only need the support of family/friends, while others may need to seek medical attention. This does not mean you as a mother are weak for experiencing this, this means you are strong for acknowledging that you need help.
