- I wanted to put myself in a box, a box created by man that is. However, there is no box I can check on earth that I fit fully into. I realized why, my heart belongs to heaven. I’m a daughter of the One true King. No political group, no denomination, nothing will fully encompass who GOD is. So the box I will check, is this - God’s girl. On fire for Jesus. Wanting to extend compassion while being fully ready to give account of truth. I want to be marked with the distinction of grace, mercy, and righteousness. I want to be known as a servant of Christ, and from that comes being a disciple ready to serve man. // I want the fruit of my faith to bless my husband and my children. I don’t want to be marked by arrogance and pride. I don’t want to live this life with a head of knowledge at the cost of a heart that is hardened. // Knowledge and wisdom matter, but when it repels people with a stench of arrogance and pride..we’ve lost our witness.
