Description

Five people were killed, including an off-duty police officer, in a mass shooting in Raleigh Thursday. The suspect, only identified as a minor, was taken into custody late Thursday night, police said. We have an update from NBC News in Raleigh, plus reaction from Gov. Roy Cooper, who said "terror has come to our doorstep" while addressing the tragic event.
