Mecklenburg County Court records show a man who was the victim in a stabbing on the CATS light rail was arrested on Wednesday.
Kenyon Dobie, 24, faces charges of assault serious bodily injury (SBI), assault on a pregnant woman, assault on a female, domestic violence, and three counts of communicating threats.
