A proposed development set to go before Mooresville town leaders was first presented to the town planning board last fall. At the time, it was met with concerns from the board as well as Mooresville residents.
These concerns include traffic issues, lack of retail-commercial space, and the development's distance from the nearest fire department. The 52-acre site is planned for a portion of Alcove Road, east of I-77.
