A recovery mission to find the missing Baltimore construction workers enters its second day after the Francis Scott Key bridge collapsed when a cargo ship crashed into it early Tuesday morning. Maryland state and city officials said they presume all six men are dead after falling into the river when the bridge toppled over. The crew of the cargo ship alerted officials with a mayday warning, allowing them to shut down the bridge and save countless lives, according to Maryland's governor. Alice Barr reports from Baltimore with the latest on the tragic situation.
