Independence is a luxury Rose Ruiz Ocana said is cherished the most once you reach a certain age. Ocana said that’s why she uses the transportation app GoGastonia, a tool that she said enhanced her mobility -- until it didn’t. She said she used the app to get to a location just fine, but when booking a trip back home things took a turn.
Ocana said it took 15 to 20 mins to get a ride, and she sat patiently, but the patience ran thin after waiting more than three and a half hours.
