As an organization, how can you support diversity if you are not willing to support views that vary from yours (even when controversial)?
How can organizations develop a culture that supports marginalized groups, when the same org provides an outlet for voices that are perceived to be attacking the same marginalized groups?
Ultimately can anyone truly create an unbiased platform and content brand at the same time, or do those just simply contradict each other?
