The 6 Career Factors That You Should Rank (1 = high priority, 6 = low priority):
Balance - work/life - Ready to invest in yourself (50-60+ hrs per week) or do you need to work a side gig or play xbox?
Challenge - Are you ready to be uncomfortable - learn a ton - be pushed -- or do you want to coast?
Company - Are you dying to work at Google or Facebook? Or a culture-centric company w a focused mission and purpose?
Location - Ready to relo? Must live close to family? Need to work remotely?
Title - Must have a manager title? Believe it or not, this still matters to some.
Salary - Can you live off of 35k per year or do you have certain expenses that are out of your control?
Then...
a) Review your top 3. Those should provide you with clarity on where/how you start your search.
b) Ask someone you trust to rank the same 6 factors for you. If similar = keep moving. If different = rethink your priorities..try it again next month.
