One of the most popular marketing career trends is quitting in a public forum - TikTok, Instagram, Linkedin.

Jed and I discuss the two most common types of this marketing career trend - 

1. The Flamethrower - Someone that needs to publicly display dissatisfaction with their prior employer - and negative impact their personal brand in the process.
2. The Award Speech - A marketer that publicly acknowledges a laundry list of those that have helped them - and identifies excitement towards their new employer (sometimes also tagging a list of names).

Marketers may have solid reasons to be either type.  However, first consider taking a second to validate the true value of making this type of post before proceeding -- it may help you in the long run.
