What should be in a 90 day plan?
a) Break out your projects into 3 timeboxes -- by day 30, by day 60 and by day 90
b) Make sure to capture ‘expected outcomes’ or ‘goals’...otherwise it will not be clear if you were successful or not.
c) Focus on these three areas:
People - how are you helping others & yourself develop? How are you building relationships within the organization and externally with your networks?
Process - Operations. How are you helping to manage costs? What projects can you own that help find ways for the team/company to be more productive or efficient?
Performance - Measurable impact. How are you helping to drive qualitative and quantitative metrics? This should be easy for any marketing role.
