- This is the glass full type of view. Instead of worrying that it might not work she did the opposite and focused on the other 50% of possibility, that it could work. That in itself is the motivation that keeps you going, and, in the end, she always had great results.
- She wasn’t focus on the reward, she was actually focused on the journey, the adventure and on the positive outcome and making the effort to see how far she could go. This is the practical explanation of how you are present in the here and now.
- Taking the time to look back, reminisce and be grateful of all that you’ve accomplished so the memories that you have are always of the best parts of the adventure or how you overcame the bad parts.
- Asking for help. Strong and driven people may struggle to ask for help as strong does not exclude sensitivity, but it is a must.
- A little glimpse of hope. At this moment she is struggling to keep up her mood being abroad, away from her family in a new country without a job or many friends. So now having a glimpse of hope to have the opportunity to move to Miami, even if it is not an actual opportunity now, it´s a possibility that motivates her during the hard times.
This are amazing tools that if you learn them now and become a master at them, you can also set this mindset on to your kids so they learn them from childhood.
