Alison Botha, a South African woman, survived a horrific ordeal on December 18, 1994. She was abducted, raped, brutally assaulted, and left for dead by two men named Frans du Toit and Theuns Kruger. Despite suffering 37 stab wounds, including a nearly severed throat, Alison miraculously survived and managed to write her attackers' names in the dirt to aid in their capture.
