Challenge:
DO NOTHING FOR 30 minutes to an hour everyday this week. Rest. Take a break from your phone.. Take a break from Netflix and really just rest your mind and body. Take a nap -- or just lay there! I challenge you to do less...take a breather… you deserve it.
