Happy Mindful Monday Everyone!
In this week's episode, our host Allie Brooke shares that it is okay to have days that are unstructured, in the flow, and "unproductive". We assume that being a mindful person means every day we need to journal, meditate, read, and have deep insights about the world around us. Yes, those are great things to do but, we don't need to put some much pressure on ourselves and feel bad that we didn't accomplish those things. Similarly, with nutrition, mindful routines can have the 80/20 rule. If most of the time you are doing the growth, it's okay to have days where you just vibe.
