Happy Mindful Monday Everyone!
In this week's episode, our host Allie Brooke shares different steps to take when someone close to you disappoints you. In life, people in one way shape, or form are going to disappoint you. The goal is not to avoid disappointment, it's to learn how to respond to it. Advocating for yourself is a crucial step to finding a resolution from disappointment. Staying silent, often lead to resentment and passive-aggressive interactions. When it comes to disappointments in your relationships it's important to process, advocate, resolve, and set a new boundary or intention for future interactions. Disappointment is an outlet for a lesson to be learned by both parties involved.
