She shares the major lessons from the book such as the "SEE Pyramid" (Safety, Expression, and Enjoyment) which are the steps to thriving in your Comfort Zone. You should feel comfortable, this is where you feel safe enough to grow and expand. It is where you learn to express your true share and start enjoying this life.
