If you do not set boundaries, people tend to assume you will always say yes. If you always say yes, you will feeling taken advantage of and overwhelmed. It's time to start doing things that make you happy and stop people-pleasing. It is time to create wellness and mindset goals and create healthy routines. This will help you set boundaries for yourself and others. Remember if it's not a heck yes it's a heck no. Participate n people and events that align with you. If people and events do not align set the boundary. Make it known to others what you tolerate.
