In this week's episode, our host Allie Brooke discussion two ways she has coped with feeling burnout. Lately, she has been feeling physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually burnt out. Many people have been feeling unfulfilled from life and do not know how to move forward. Allie talks about two ways that have helped her heal her burnout. Step one, allocate time for yourself and take part in mindful activities that bring your joy. Step two, set major work and social boundaries. Prioritize time at work for productivity so less work is brought home and set honest boundaries with friends and family that doesn't deplete your social battery.
