In this week's episode, our host Allie Brooke discusses easy ways to add self-care into our everyday lives. Most people associate SELF CARE with facials, massages, bubble baths, exfoliating masks, etc... Those are all well and good but, what if we implemented self-care habits. Self-care does not have to be this big event but, rather small habits that recharge us throughout the week so we do not run into burnout. Listening to mindful podcasts, moving our bodies, journaling, reading, drawing, listening to music, nourishing our bodies, singing, dancing are all forms of self-care that we can use to refill our cups every day!
