In this week's episode, our host Allie Brooke discusses the importance of how we talk to ourselves. Positive affirmations do have an impact on how we perceive ourselves. Our confidence comes from our own inner vioce. It is not as external as we think.  When you are feeling stressed at work or in your personal life, our go-to language is to speak down to ourselves but, does that create solutions? What if we flipped the script, and when we make a mistake we begin to start saying positive things about ourselves and give ourselves some grace. Remember, we are what we think.
