The habit of giving yourself a high five every morning in the mirror help people see themselves in a more positive light. A high five is an energy exchange. It is an exchange of excitement and encouragement, why should we give that energy to ourselves as well? It helps to set our minds up for the day ahead and reminds us of our own power and confidence.
