The journal prompt is making a timeline of your life and see how far you have come! The reflection s prompt is to encourage a look down memory lane to focus on your good and bad seasons. You can evaluate how you have grown and survived your bad seasons. You can see your accomplishments to boost your morale.
This prompt can help you when you feel low and unmotivated. Revisit the life lessons you have gone through and rejuvenate your inner child. After you make a timeline, think about what you want to tell your past self and think about what you want your future self to tell you. We are all works in progress and are capable of wonderful things. Take a moment to reflect.
