What is Rorshach? According to the web, The Rorschach test is a psychological test in which subjects' perceptions of inkblots are recorded and then analyzed using psychological interpretation, complex algorithms, or both.
- In a nutshell, the inkblots have no meaning other than what we assign to them.
- In the same way, events that happen our lives inherently have no meaning other than what we assign them.
- We have an opportunity to step back and ask ourselves, is this the way I want to see and experience this thing in my life?
- We have many 'shoulds' operating in our lives that lead to dissatisfaction and frustration.
- If we can evaluate the 'shoulds' from a neutral place, we can shift the energy we have around them.
- Ask, if I didn't have this 'should' or expectation in my life, what would my life be like?
