Adelina Stefan is an Associate Certified Coach designated by the ICF, Intercultural Facilitator, and Personal Agility Ambassador (PARA), specialized in Career Transition, with deep expertise in HR practices.

Having worked for over 11+ years across cultures, Adelina seeks to inspire ambitious professionals to create and implement their unique career blueprint and, at the same time achieve and maintain a healthy work-life balance. 

She specializes in working with ex-pats and mid-to senior-level executives dealing with challenging work environments that can affect both their performance and well-being.  

She supports organizations in building a corporate coaching culture by highlighting individuals’ maximum potential and engagement so that they become dedicated and highly successful employees. 

Her practice includes Career, Life, Executive, and Personal Agility Coaching for individuals, as well as developing and implementing corporate Human Resources practices for improving intercultural relations.

She loves cycling, hiking, and traveling, and is passionate about individual and organizational continuous development aligned to what really matters. 

Adelina is with us today, not to talk deeply about agile coaching as it has been covered a little bit before but the main idea today is to help those who are starting, those who are struggling in certain phases to get some insights of successful coaches.

1. What was the one piece of advice that changed your career and made Adelina the way she is successful today?

• Remember that you cannot change the situation.
• You can just see it from different perspectives.
• You cannot change something apart from yourself.
• You can only change yourself and your perception and the way you prioritize.

1. Celebrate small wins weekly to achieve big goals.
2. It's always good to remember that no matter how hard it is, you're doing the best.
3. What do you think is going to be the first focus or intention of someone who wants to have a coach who wants to start an Agile coaching business, for example?

• Then you can definitely use personal agility, advice is to be kind to yourself.
