And it's something that maybe we learned at the beginning of when we start coaching, many of us use it in the beginning, then, avoid using it or, like stop using it or so on and so forth later on, or forget to use it. But it's something with very, very, very high importance. In fact, this is what in a way or another, brings a guarantee of your process of coaching, that it's going to make sure they're going to help you that you are helping your clients achieve his desired goal and his desired outcome. Now today, we're going to be talking about the coaching model.

1. The GROW Model is the most famous coaching model.
2. The first model that is been used in coaching.
3. There's a lot of other models that have been used and developed after; you can even create your own model of coaching. 
4. The idea behind the model of coaching is to have a certain process in a certain sequence.
5. The GROW Model is the most common one and the easiest one to use.
6. The G refers to the goal.
7. You are exploring the reality, and this is the R
8. The O is the stage and is the part of your coaching session where you're going to explore with him Options.
9. The W, the way forward.
10. It is important to keep it always in your mind and refer to it whenever you are coaching.
