He has over 30 years of combined leadership and executive level experience in Customer Contact Operations with a focus on process improvement and leadership development. Throughout his career, he has had the privilege of working with various leaders at Fortune 100 companies. Outside of work, Theo is deeply committed to his community, often engaging in local initiatives that align with his values. Theo is currently a sitting board member of Service First Initiatives, LLC, a non-profit organization that focuses on mentorship for young men ages 8-18, in which he is a co-founder.
