As for Lagway, his top-10 list features powerhouses like Georgia, LSU, USC, Alabama and Clemson. That list also includes Baylor. Sure, there are schools that can throw national championship trophies and big-time NIL money in his face, but John is confident that Baylor has a real shot.
As for Novosad, some athletes can regress during their senior year. After a kid has made a commitment, the luster of playing well to court big teams goes away. That is not the case for Novosad. He has been lights out, and his Dripping Springs squad is still undefeated.
