In this podcast Tony Gyenis talks about how to manage and use dark energies in a healthy way. Spirit does not want you in the dark however many humans choose to be there for extended periods so spirit releases some tips and caveats on how to work within the healthier boundaries of these energies so you can remain in balance.
If you know of someone who is always depressed, high anxiety and wears dark clothing on top of whatever they are doing add this podcast which includes a meditation to help make them feel more calm and relaxed. This is not meant to replace any medical or psychological treatments.
