This podcast is a meditation session for you to help you enhance your Astral energy. Part 1 explained what the Astral energy is and the different techniques that can be used. If you have listened to Part 1 then you are ready for the next phase to help you clear it.
You can come to this daily if you wish as a routine to clear your energies. If you are experiencing headaches or feeling of being overwhelmed, then spread the meditations to every other day so your body can adjust as these are powerful sessions. Do as often as it is comfortable, and you are getting good results.
