This podcast touches on the vast function of self healing. We are responsible for our own health. It is our decision who we give that authority to others that is applicable to the level needed. Spirit gives numerous examples of how effective it is when we use our inner world to help with illness as everything has an emotional issue and needs balancing to achieve the point where your body will heal itself.
