This podcast talks about the idea that when your life is so hard and it feels overwhelming to look into the act of self-imposing adversity on yourself. Spirit gives numerous examples of how effective it is when imposed a non-comfort situation on our bodies that it makes us stronger.
In this podcast we used the Water Meditation (buzzsprout.com) to help us let go of the past that we so often are holding onto.
Tony channels spirit to also give examples when our lives become easy and we still find fault with it that it actually makes our population weaker. There is no darkness when we strategically self-impose some well focused hardship to our bodies which creates a tougher and more resilient persona.
