We have this ability since birth. Tony touches on how distance healing works using earth elements that science have discovered. Nature has a sense of order and balance that we humans long for. When we connect to our Earth one way or another we can, in time, hear this order at work.
The Earth and its balance knows precisely how many elements it needs to stay in an equilibrium. Where there is an action the Earth will cause an equal reaction to it. Plants, animals and all living things follow this except humans. Spirit talks about how even a tiger will protect a baby animal of prey if it is not hungry. Animals only take what is needed and no more.
