This podcast talks about the concept of versions of self every time you stretch passed an old limit or accomplish a goal; a new you is created. Spirit gives numerous examples of how many acts achievements create hundreds of layers of your own versions.
In this podcast we used the Water Meditation (buzzsprout.com) to help us let go of the past that we so often are holding onto.
Tony channels spirit to also give examples when we hold back and don't change on purpose for fear of making a mistake or avoiding the issue all together.
