Well, old Myles found himself on the IR this week, so Nolan had to find a co-host....in that of a FLAMES FAN.
Flames Fan Kyle comes back on the show to co-host with Nolan, quickly wrapping up the Oiler games of the week, then extensively discussing the NHL trade deadline, some topics including:
- The Stars game (the only game both Nolan and Kyle watched)
- Vegas' cap shenanigans and the Dadonov situation
- The Oilers acquiring Brett Kulak and Derick Brassard
- Some of the other teams that either did well or bad (Florida, Ottawa etc.)
Then for the second year in a row, in the spirit of Oscar night, One for One presents the 2022 NHL Akademy Awards, in where we pick nominees and winners for awards such as:
- Best Costume Design (uniform)
- Best Original Score (goal song)
- Best Director (coach)
and of course
- Best Picture (team)
