A new year has dawned, 2023 has come.
and the Oilers are still inconsistent.
After some holiday recaps, the boys broke down the last three games against the Flames, Kraken and Jets hours before the Tuesday game versus the Kraken. Following this, they provided some 2023 Edmonton Oilers New Years Resolutions for each player, Jay Woodcroft and Ken Holland.
Then they broke down various news around the NHL and hockey including:

- Connor Bedard's dominance at the World Juniors
- Winter Classic stuff
- The city of Buffalo rallying around Damar Hamlin
