The St. Louis Cardinals have enjoyed a dozen straight winning seasons but this season's roster does bring some question marks which makes it no guarantee that they are on the right side of .500 again.
Sure, they have the likes of ace starter Jack Flaherty, power-hitting first baseman Paul Goldschmidt and veteran catcher Yadier Molina, but there are a lot of unproven options in the lineup and that brings some risk into the equation, maybe more than in recent seasons.
