Alex explains the seven things that need to happen for the 2022 Cincinnati Bearcats football season to be a success.

It all starts with the quarterback, and Alex, again, explains why Evan Prater should be the starter. In front him, the offensive line, despite being really good last year, must get better, especially in big games.

The running back room has a lot of options, but Alex thinks the Cincinnati Bearcats will have the most success if there is a true bell cow running back leading the room. Ryan Montgomery is the most dependable bet to be the bell cow, but if Charles McClelland stays healthy, he could be the BEST bet to be the bell cow.

On defense, Alex explains an obvious thing that needs to happen, but it might be hard for the cornerback group to achieve. Up front, the edge rush must step up to help with the loss of Curtis Brooks, Joel Dublanko and Darrian Beavers in the interior and linebacker.

And since the game of football comes down to the kicker, Alex explains why the kicking game MUST be better this year.
