3's Company captain DerMarr Johnson has been a BIG3 staple since his inaugural season. Starting out as a co-captain SZN 1, DerMarr assumed his captain title the following year but from the jump he's been acting as both the captain and GM of this team. Will and Anthony got the pleasure of speaking with him about his BIG3 start, the evolution of the league, how he almost ended up with Trilogy, past and present draft strategies and how the new changes will affect the league this season.
