In 1993, a national crisis was hurting many children and teens across the United States - bullying. Many young people across the country were suffering in silence as they were being tormented... however in this year, a 15 year old student living in small town Pennsylvania had enough of suffering in silence, and wanted to make his voice heard... and when he did, things would turn deadly.
